Credit Cards Et Cetera accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
Return Policy Et Cetera wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange. Before returning any item, you must contact us at (806) 358-2333 or etceteraonline@suddenlinkmail.com within ten (10) days of your receipt date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA is valid for ten (10) days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a completed return form. Refunds on returned merchandise will be for the original price of the item(s), excluding shipping and handling. All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. There will be NO returns on personalized items. You must return the product in original condition including packaging at your expense.
Please refer to the following instructions when returning items:
- All items must be in original condition with all packing material.
- A completed RETURN FORM must be included in the package.
- You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) return and must match the product(s) authorized for return.
- Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (DO NOT send your package(s) via the U.S. Postal Service.) Returns valued at over $100.00 must be insured.
- All shipping, handling and insurance must be prepaid by the customer.

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order will ship within 3 business days via UPS Ground and should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST) Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Third-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to the standard delivery charge. Your order should arrive in 3 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note third-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day and should arrive in 3 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $14.00 to the standard delivery charge. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $24.00 to the standard delivery charge. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Orders for in-stock items received by 12:00 noon (CST) Monday through Thursday will ship within three (3) business days via UPS Ground. Expect arrival within 5-7 business days after shipping. International orders will ship within three (3) business days from the day your order is received. You will be billed separately for International Shipping Charges. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will always incur the additional Overnight Delivery Charge of $24. Any orders received after 12:00 noon (CST) will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be processed for shipping on the next business day. Express Service is not available for furniture. With all orders, if an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, a Et Cetera Sales Associate will contact you via phone or e-mail. Please be aware that some "junk e-mail filters" may prevent our message or order confirmation from getting to you if you have not included mail from Et Cetera as an exception in your filters. When your order is shipped via UPS you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
